Problem
God is a God of War, or a God of Peace?
EXO 15:3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.

    If somebody feels God should have only one personality, or one characteristic trait, then perhaps the Mythological gods of old would better suite them.

    It was typical for a god to be limited to a single trait, such as the god of fertility, or the god of war. The God of the Bible, the only true God, is a dynamic entitiy. He's the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega, from everlasting to everlasting.

    It would seem that the we need to invest more time in studying God's actions during specific situations if we would really like to learn more about him.

    Declaring this as a contradiction would be much like stating that a Professional Boxer cannot possibly care for a child; after all, he gets paid to beat people up, right?
