Jesus said that "no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven."

The word ascend means "To go up or to rise by one's own power or might."

By simply consulting a dictionary, this problem has been solved. Jesus is the only one who can go up to heaven by his own might. Elijah had to be taken up to heaven in a chariot of fire with horses and a whirlwind!
