The verses are phrased differant to allow the testing of the heart:) but in the old websters dictionary ,one of the meanings of the word much means : to prise or give attention too or treat with kindness or attention. So neither the pastor of deacon are to give attention and not be given to wine preacher not given to wine, deacon not given to much wine. it means the same . hope that helps. | | Post a solution! |
