1 Timothy 3:16

“God was manifest in the flesh” is the reading of the great majority of Greek manuscripts, and of four of the oldest as they were corrected. Ignatius and Hippolytus echo it, and Didymus and Gregory of Nyssa read it in the fourth century.

The King James Bible

16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. Read 1 Timothy 3
